Bluebells & Thyme Spooktacular Letterbox Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter
The promoter is Bluebells & Thyme (referred to hereafter as "The Promoter" or "B&T").
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
2.2. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
2.3. Employees, agents, or immediate family members of Bluebells & Thyme are not eligible to enter.
2.4. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
3. How to Enter
3.1. Entry to the competition is free, and no purchase is necessary.
3.2. To be eligible for entry, participants must complete all four (4) steps before the Closing Date of 23:59 on 27th October 2025:
- Follow the official Bluebells & Thyme social media account (e.g., @bluebellsandthyme on Instagram).
- Like the original competition post.
- Share the original competition post to their personal Story.
- Tag three (3) individual friends in a single comment on the original competition post.
3.3. Failure to complete all steps will result in the entry being invalid.
3.4. Entries must be submitted by the Closing Date of 23:59 on 27th October 2025 which will be specified in the accompanying social media post.
4. The Prize
4.1. There are three (3) prizes available to be won.
4.2. Each prize consists of one (1) Halloween-Themed Letterbox Gift as featured in the promotional video/post.
4.3. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
4.4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
5. Winner Selection
5.1. The winners will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received that meet the entry criteria in Section 3.
5.2. The random draw will be conducted by an independent person or using a certified random selection tool (e.g., a random comment picker) within 48 hours of the Closing Date.
5.3. Three (3) winners will be selected, one for each prize. The result of the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Notification and Claiming the Prize
6.1. The winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on the social media platform used to enter within one (1) days of the draw date.
6.2. The winners must respond to the notification DM and provide their full name and UK delivery address within seven (7) days of initial contact to claim their prize.
6.3. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within the stipulated 7-day period, The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the original winner and select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.
6.4. Prizes will be dispatched to the provided UK address within 1 working day of the prize claim being verified.
7. Data Protection and Publicity
7.1. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation (GDPR) and will be used only for the purpose of administering this competition.
7.2. By entering the competition, the winner agrees to the use of their social media handle/name in any publicity material associated with the competition (e.g., a Winner Announcement post).
7.3. The name of the winners will be available upon request for 28 days after the closing date by direct messaging Bluebells & Thyme.
8. General Conditions
8.1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform. By entering, entrants release the social media platform from any and all liability in connection with this contest.
8.2. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
8.3. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. 8
